Please note that a posted shipping time frame is listed on each individual product and may vary from product to product. Therefore scheduled product deliveries will be based on the product having the longest lead time.

The posted shipping time frame is contingent upon payment approval and may be delayed should we experience difficulties getting payment authorization.

Please Note, When we ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and to Certain remote Countries and Cities, Even after you have completed Check-out, you may be charged for extra for shipping. Absolute Toner will not ship the order to you until you have paid the total balance for the order. The average amount of shipping totals currently around $25 dollars. This can change, and it may be more or less. For remote areas this can differ, depending on where you are located.

Shipping Internationally

On International Shipping you will have to contact our customer service team. However with most orders we will provide you with tracking if available. Shipping is not waived for any free promotional items, unless specifically noted.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Any of our shipping offers may be discontinued at any time. All confirmed orders(please see terms and conditions for what is a confirmed order) that were placed before the offer ends will receive the shipping cost they were quoted at the time the order was placed regardless of the ship date.

Absolute Toner™ will do its best to send all confirmed orders same day, however all confirmed orders will be shipped within 3 business days. If you place an order after 1:00 PM PST, said order will most likely not be shipped until the next business day. Thus most orders received after 1:00 PM PST Friday and orders placed on the weekend will be shipped Monday.

Whenever possible, we will attempt to ship multiple items together, however we may choose to split ship an order. If you wish to have your order shipped complete, Please indicate so at the time you place your order.

Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any delays that arise in your order’s arrival date. Pick Up

Absolute Toner offer you a location to pick up your order from. We have a location currently only in Toronto, Ontario. Major Intersection Dufferin ave. and Steeles West.

If you would like to pick up your order, please let us know during your checkout process.

You can give us a call before hand to coming to ensure that your order is complete and ready for pickup, or by checking on our website, under track my order. It will inform you of if your order is "Ready for Pick Up".
