Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed on all Absolute Toner brand laser toner Cartridges. We guarantee that your laser cartridge is free from defects in material and workmanship.

Warranty - Compatible Inkjet Cartridges

Our compatible Inkjet cartridges are brand new (Not Refilled) and made to OEM specification.

Our remanufactured cartridges are inspected, cleaned, filled, post-tested and sealed before shipping.

Our Inkjet cartridges are fully compatible with OEM cartridges and provide comparable print yield and quality as an OEM counterpart.

Defective cartridge may be returned for replacement. Cartridges that are more then 75% used may not be returned as defective.

Please provide the following:

• A short description of the problem
• Your printer model
• Invoice number or order number
• Your shipping address as it appeared on the original order

Please include a print test page using the defective cartridge for return authorization.

Return authorization is required to return Inkjet cartridge.

Cartridge is not warranted if misused, abused or modified.

All Original supplies and products are subject to the manufacture's warranty.

Pre Owned Equipment Warranty

Our pre owned equipment warranty will be will be vary depend on the type of item.

RETURN / REPLACEMENT / EXCHANGE:

Please contact us before sending an item back to us. We shall provide technical support to resolve any questions regarding our products, installation or troubleshooting. Should a return/replacement or exchange be necessary; we shall provide instructions on how to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please note that otherwise agreed all shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. If product is determined to be tampered with, misused or over 30% used no refund will be issued.

Our complete satisfaction is our primary concern. If you are not completely satisfied with your Absolute Toner brand laser cartridge purchase, please email us for an RMA number and return it within 14 days with your original receipt to any of our locations, or call customer service at 905-326-2790. we will gladly replace or repair your cartridge(s) or refund your money less shipping and handling. *Available only to Absolute Toner brand laser toner cartridges.

When returning a product back to us using the RMA process from the U.S.A. or outside of Canada please write the following on the shipping invoice/customs document and on the box:

• RMA #
• Canadian Goods Returning to Original Shipper
• Broken Item, No commercial value
• Customs declaration value: $10.00 USD.

If this procedure is not followed, the product may be refused by our receiving department.

Absolute Toner Corp. liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above. Please note that any cartridge determined by our quality assurance technician to be in working order, not our cartridge, cycle complete (empty), damaged in shipping, or damaged by user, will not be covered by this warranty. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranty of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose.

All goods are shipped/sold upon condition that Buyer/Dealer accepted these terms, if not, Buyer/Dealer must promptly return the goods and notify seller in writing.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ABSOLUTE TONER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE.
