Perfect for gift personalization or medical and industrial part marking, the METAZA MPX-95 photo impact printer is a cost-effective, easy-to-operate device that anyone can use to mark gold, steel, silver and titanium.
High-speed marking with Roland’s dot impact technology
The MPX-95’ s durable diamond-tipped stylus directly imprints on titanium, stainless steel, platinum, silver, gold and other hard metals. Engineered for speed and precision, the MPX-95 can quickly imprint a 2D code with 26 characters inside an area as small as one square millimetre.* The MPX-95 does not burn or remove material on impact, so generates no odour or debris and leaves the marked area protected from corrosion and oxidation.
Set up is easy with the included vice and built-in laser pointer
With the MPX-95 no special training is required. The included METAZAStudio software instantly converts numerical data to 2D DataMatrix barcodes that meet GS1 and other 2D DataMatrix formats, including QR codes. For fast set-up and accurate results, simply secure the item to be marked in the multi-purpose vice and use the built-in laser pointer to locate the centre of the material to be marked. When compared with other DPM technologies, the MPX-95’s ease of use, compact footprint and energy-efficient design make it the ideal solution for small office or lab environments.
Dedicated software marks 2D DataMatrix barcodes, text and logos to identify
The included METAZAStudio software features a 2D DataMatrix barcode generator. To create a unique barcode, simply select the barcode icon from METAZAStudio's main screen and enter the appropriate UDI numbers. The software does the rest, creating a 2D DataMatrix barcode which can then be imprinted. METAZAStudio also imports CSV spreadsheet files for variable data printing. This allows you to quickly and easily add a unique 2D DataMatrix barcode to individual devices in a series. Support for jpg, bmp and Adobe Illustrator 8 file formats enables you to import logos and other custom elements.
Mark instruments and objects in a wide range of shapes and sizes
For even greater versatility, the base plate and base unit can be removed for imprinting onto much larger medical tools, devices and industrial equipment. The MPX-95 DPM solution also includes a medical sliding vice with flexible over-grip to secure surgical instruments and other industrial components and a sliding centre vice, all enabling users to effectively mark onto intricately shaped surgical equipment, machinery and tools.

DPM Vise
A movable and fully-adjustable vise with multiple tool-holding options can be quickly set up to hold medical scissors, tools and other items. It's ideal for marking different items with contrasting dimensions in succession.
Head Caps
30 rounded and 10 flat head caps are included in the DPM Kit for use on flat and curved surfaces.
Center Vise with Clamp Pins
Uniquely position different-sized clamp-pins to hold irregular-shaped and cylindrical items for repeat, precise personalization of equipment with the same dimensions.

Compatible Toner Cartridges
With all compatible toner cartridges you will receive Lifetime Warranty that
the toner cartridge will remain defective free from material defects and in workmanship. Should you have a defective toner cartridge then you
can request an exchange with our RMA request system.
For returns via
our RMA system you will have to provide certain details such as your
order number, picture of product and picture of product with serial
number. Once you have submitted your exchange request, one of our team
members will respond to you within 3 to 5 business days.
Compatible Ink Cartridges
There
is no lifetime warranty on compatible ink cartridges.Should you have a
problem with your product, please contact us within the first 4 weeks of
purchase for a replacement.
Original Products
All
original supplies and products are subject to the manufacturer's
warranty and will be handled through the specific manufacturer's system.
Demo, Pre-Owned, Refurbished or Repossessed Equipment
We
test all of our machines and repair/replace any faulty part to ensure
that it works. Most of the machines comes with service care program from
30 days to 3 years with in the GTA area. For outside GTA, provinces and
USA, please contact our sales representative for special peace of mind service care program.
Return, Replacement, and Exchange
Please contact us
before sending an item back to us, we provide technical support to
resolve any questions regarding our products, installation or
troubleshooting. Should a return/replacement or exchange be necessary;
we shall provide instructions on how to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization). If product is determined to be tampered with, misused
or over 30% used no refund will be issued.
Your complete satisfaction
is our primary concern, if you’re not completely satisfied with
Absolute Toner brand laser cartridge purchase, please email us for an
RMA number and return it within 14 days with your original receipt or
call customer service at 905-326-2886. We will gladly replace or repair
your cartridge(s) or refund your money less shipping and handling.
*Available only to Absolute Toner brand laser toner cartridges.
Please Note: All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless agreed upon otherwise.
When returning a product back to us using the RMA process from the
U.S.A. or outside of Canada please make sure that you use our RMA
system. Absolute Toner Corp. liability here under shall be limited to
replacement or reimbursement as provided above. Please note that any
cartridge determined by our quality assurance technician to be in
working order, not our cartridge, cycle complete (empty), damaged in
shipping, or damaged by user, will not be covered by this warranty. This
warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranty of merchant
ability and fitness for particular purpose. All goods are shipped/sold
upon condition that Buyer/Dealer accepted these terms, if not,
Buyer/Dealer must promptly return the goods and notify seller in
writing.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ABSOLUTE TONER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR LOST
PROFITS FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE.
