# Title: High-Performance Mimaki SS22 GBL-Free Eco-Solvent Ink – 440mL Cartridges & 1L Ink Packs Excellent Scratch Resistance for Outdoor Banners and Vehicle Wraps ## Description: The Mimaki SS22 is a high-performance, GBL-free eco-solvent ink formulated for commercial roll-to-roll printing and signage. Available in 440mL cartridges and 1-litre capacities, it delivers fast drying times and excellent scratch resistance for outdoor banners, vehicle wraps, and high-resolution indoor graphics without requiring specialized coated media. Why Choose Mimaki SS22 Eco-Solvent Inks? Fast. Vibrant. Built for modern production environments. The Mimaki SS22 ink series offers Canadian graphics businesses a seamless upgrade in chemical safety while maintaining the exceptional outdoor durability associated with classic solvent prints. By completely removing Gamma-Butyrolactone (GBL) from the chemical composition, this formula significantly reduces odour and improves operator safety. Whether you are outputting long-term fleet graphics in Calgary or vibrant retail window displays in Montreal, the SS22 ensures your shop meets strict air quality standards without sacrificing production speed. The ink dries rapidly on the substrate. You can move printed rolls directly to your contour cutter or laminator, allowing for rapid job turnaround. Maintain peak efficiency in your print room. Order today to keep your machines running perfectly, with fast shipping available across Canada directly from our Ontario warehouse. Key Features Exceptional Print Quality and Adhesion Achieve brilliant, photo-realistic output on uncoated materials. This ink penetrates deeply into the surface of PVC film, cast vinyl, and banner stock to prevent scratching and peeling during installation. The addition of Light Cyan, Light Magenta, and Light Black ensures flawlessly smooth gradients, while the Orange ink expands your gamut to accurately match corporate brand colours. Advanced GBL-Free Formulation The SS22 series was engineered to meet modern safety and regulatory standards. It completely eliminates GBL, a solvent compound facing increasing global regulations. This results in a roughly 40% reduction in odour compared to legacy ink sets, supporting a more comfortable working environment for your staff. Verified Low Chemical Emissions Mimaki SS22 holds the GREENGUARD Gold certification. This independent verification confirms that the product meets stringent third-party limits for low chemical emissions. Prints produced with this ink are verified for use in sensitive indoor environments, including educational facilities and hospitals.
