VersaWorks features the Roland Color System Library to accurately reproduce the spot colors you select from Roland Colour charts and swatch books. Variable Data Printing makes it easy to create a series of individualized prints based on one template, with each print featuring its own photos, messages, numbers, and names. In addition, VersaWorks estimates the ink usage and print time for each graphic so you can accurately monitor your time and costs. You can also update your software automatically through the Internet.

Streamlined integrated print/cut workflow flies through jobs

Designed for both novices and experienced professionals, the VP series delivers a seamless unattended workflow for the production of complex sign graphics – printing and then automatically contour cutting on one device without any steps in between. For laminated graphics, our Quadralign four-point optical registration system allows users to remove prints, laminate them, and simply reload them for precision cutting. Quadralign automatically realigns the cutting path and compensates for skew and distortion.

A redesigned LED panel features simplified menu commands for standard operations such as cleaning, test printing, and implementing user-defined printing conditions. Adjustable print heads enable you to accommodate variable media thicknesses.

To improve performance during unattended printing, an optional heavy-duty media take-up system accommodates rolls weighing up to 44 lbs (VP-300).
