With a powerful processor and ample RAM, the RICOH MP C5503 Color Laser Multifunction Printer (MFP) can meet your high-speed challenges while providing outstanding color capabilities. Keep projects moving with a standard 220-sheet Single Pass Document Feeder (SPDF), and simultaneously scan both sides of a two-sided original in a single pass. Plus, the MP C5503 is packed with energy-saving features and has a quiet, compact design that's for ideal for mid-sized offices with heavy workloads.

Turn power into productivity

Make the most of your media. Count on high-quality, monochrome or color output at up to 55 pages per minute (ppm) for robust throughput. Utilize a generous paper capacity of 4,700 sheets with optional source feeds. Use the standard paper tray to feed envelopes, plus accommodate paper stocks up to 12" x 18", and media weights up to 166 lb. Index. Also, occasional paper disruptions can easily be identified and resolved via synchronized animated guides or helpful LED lights.

Present your output as vibrant full-color reproductions at 1200 dpi. Ideal for graphics-intensive environments, the optional Fiery® controller provides compelling professional-grade output on a wider range of paper stocks, and exceptional enhanced spot-color reproduction with RGB, CMYK and PANTONE® colors. Plus, optional SRA3/12.6" x 17.7" support gives in-house graphic designers the ability to print crop marks for full-bleed printing.

Make the most of smarter mobility

Maximize your documents ' value and easily print them as needed with your smartphone, tablet or laptop - without special drivers - for incredible mobile convenience. Transform your MP C5503 into an information portal via Ricoh's Integrated Cloud Environment. With it, you can access saved files and send scanned documents to multiple recipients with the Scan-to-Email/Folder/URL/FTP feature. Plus, non-network users can print JPEGs, TIFFs and PDFs directly using a USB drive or SD cards.

Get a professional finish

A dynamic workflow requires on-the-fly flexibility. Add a space-saving 500-sheet internal finisher with 50-sheet stapling, plus optional hole-punching - all while maintaining your device footprint. Or, add an external 2,000-sheet booklet finisher or 3,000-sheet finisher to get more professional choices in output, and achieve longer print runs.
