As you may be aware Canada Post has withdrawn its lockout notice, and both parties have entered into an extended negotiation period.
Our priority throughout this period of uncertainty has been, and continues to be AbsoluteToner.com customers. With this latest step towards resolution, we're reverting back to normal operations by shipping with Canada Post (see below for rates). Please keep in mind that we may change back to shipping exclusively with UPS depending on how negotiations go.

Processing & Delivery Time
Processing time can take up to 72 hours, Absolute Toner processes and ships out before 1pm EST/EDT. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the following business day.
*Orders placed during the weekend, holidays, and/or special promotional sales may extend the processing & shipping time.
Our storage facility is located in Toronto, Ontario. Depending where you’re located will reflect how long your item(s) will take to ship.
Remote locations are excluded from our flat rate/free shipping option. Additional charges may apply for certain items that are delivered within a remote location, since most remote locations are considered as “Air Stage Locations”. That means the location must have its deliveries airlifted, this is for more than 6 months of the year.
We charge the following rates on orders to remote locations:
- $20 shipping for orders under $100
- $40 shipping for orders between $100 and $200
- $100 shipping for orders between $200 and $500
- $140 shipping for orders between $500 and $800
- $200 shipping for orders between $700 and $1000
- $250 shipping for orders of $1000+

On average your order will be shipped the following business day, with an estimate of 1 – 5 business days.

If your delivery location is in a remote location within the continental portion of the US, or non-continental portions of the US such as; Alaska, Hawaii, islands or any other non-standard address, additional shipping charges may apply. One of our customer service members will contact you if necessary.

Some products listed on our website are not available for shipping, they’re pick-up only. In some cases special delivery is available through contacting our customer support team.
This offer may be discontinued at any time; all confirmed orders placed before that time will be honoured with the shipping rate they receive at the time the order was placed regardless of the shipping date.
In some cases, we may decide to split an order into multiple shipments.
Once the package leaves, it becomes the responsibility of the carries. They’re responsible for any unforeseen delays, and any damage that may be caused. Please allow 15 business days for package(s) to be delivered before Canada Post considers it as a lost package.
We don’t refund shipping costs; please refer to our RMA page for further information.
We hold no responsibility for any returned parcels due to a typing error, unless the order was placed by one of our agents. If you made a mistake, an extra shipping charge will be applied to reship your order.
