For remote location shipping, we suggest that you contact us first before making your order(s) for an accurate shipping cost. Otherwise our customer service team will contact you to request an additional shipping charge based on the actual shipping cost.

Processing & Delivery Time

Processing time can take up to 72 hours, Absolute Toner processes and ships out before 1pm EST/EDT. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the following business day.

*Orders placed during the weekend, holidays, and/or special promotional sales may extend the processing & shipping time.

Our storage facility is located in Toronto, Ontario. Depending on your location, the posted processing and shipping times may vary. 

Remote locations, or locations that we determine to require non standard shipping, are excluded from our flat rate or free shipping options. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to certain remote locations, as many of these areas are classified as air stage locations. This means that for more than six months of the year, deliveries to these locations must be transported by air.

Our customer service team will contact you with more information if your order exceeds our rates and we require charging extra shipping. We apologize that we cannot accept returns from these select areas. Shipping Notes:

Liquid or similar related products: Due to the weight of the liquids and items purchased individually or combined with other items, there will always be a cost of shipping. For special bulk order inquiries or larger orders, please contact us directly.

Some products listed on our website are not available for shipping, they’re pick-up only. In some cases special delivery is available only through contacting our customer support team.

In some cases, we may decide to split an order into multiple shipments.

Once the package leaves, it becomes the responsibility of the carriers. They’re responsible for any unforeseen delays, and any damage that may be caused. Please allow 15 business days for package(s) to be delivered before Canada Post considers it as a lost package.

We don’t refund shipping costs; please refer to our RMA page for further information.

We hold no responsibility for any returned parcels due to a typing error, unless the order was placed by one of our agents. If you made a mistake, an extra shipping charge will be applied to reship your order.
