Warranty Coverage:

Also includes a 6-month limited warranty for one printhead, subject to the customer completing the free live virtual training and obtaining the training certificate within 3 weeks of purchase.

If the required virtual training is not completed within 3 weeks of purchase, the warranty will automatically be reduced to a 6-month limited parts warranty only, excluding printheads, consumables, and any parts that come into direct contact with ink.
