How do Printer and Copiers leases work?

With Printer and Copier Leasing, there is an agreement between a finance company and the customer, giving the customer the use of new or used equipment on payments of copiers rentals over a period of time. When you lease equipment you make a series of regular (usually monthly) or biweekly payments, instead of a large capital outlay.

How much does it cost to lease a copier? Most businesses pay anywhere between $100 and $650 a month to lease a multifunction copy machine. However, at Absolute Toner and Copiers we can lease a full-size Ricoh, Canon, Samsung or Xerox color copiers starting at $29.99 per month. 

Is it better to buy or lease a copier?
Most businesses opt to lease a copier because the upfront expense is minimal. However, leasing is more expensive than purchasing a copier outright so it may make more financial sense to buy your copier if you have the cash flow available.
