When wrapping vans, box trucks, or surfaces with simple curves, using a matched polymeric system ensures that the vinyl and laminate shrink and expand at the same rate. This eliminates the edge curling and "tunneling" that often happens when using budget monomeric laminates on vehicle graphics.
This 2.4-mil film offers the flexibility needed to conform to moderate curves and contours, providing a seamless finish that looks like paint.
Experience a smoother finish. Unlike standard laminates that use rough paper liners, this product features a double matte PET (polyester) liner. The extreme smoothness of the PET liner ensures the adhesive is applied evenly, preventing the "orange peel" texture often seen in lower-grade films.
