NEW BAi THE VISION 15-Needle Single-Head Embroidery Machine - 15.7" x 19.7" Commercial Apparel System

BAi THE VISION 15-Needle Single-Head Embroidery Machine

BAi THE VISION is a single-head, 15-needle commercial embroidery machine built for high-volume custom apparel production. It processes flats, structured caps, heavy jackets, and leather goods across a 400 by 500 mm field. This hardware guarantees stable multi-color stitching for B2B uniform fulfillment and promotional merchandise scaling.

Commercial Print & Embroidery Applications

Scaling custom apparel requires mechanical reliability and speed. The BAi THE VISION operates as a standalone powerhouse for decorators moving high volumes of single-run orders or batch merchandise. You can integrate this stitching platform directly alongside your existing DTF (Direct to Film) transfer printers, powder shakers, and dye sublimation setups to manufacture premium mixed-media garments.

It performs flawlessly on dense denim, stiff synthetic outerwear, heavy canvas bags, and structured leather patches. Pair this single-head hardware with our commercial heat presses and finishing plotters to directly control the promotional products market. Matching your digital ICC profiles with specific thread colours guarantees exact visual accuracy across both printed and stitched corporate merchandise.

Hardware Specifications & Production Speed

Velocity dictates profitability in custom apparel. THE VISION maintains 1,200 SPM (Stitches Per Minute) on flat textiles. Cap production remains exceptionally stable at 800 to 950 SPM, actively reducing thread breaks on stiff front panels.

The expansive 15.7-inch by 19.7-inch (400 by 500 mm) embroidery area easily accommodates large jacket backs and oversized uniform graphics. A reinforced tubular bridge structure dampens vibration during peak mechanical output. This rigidity ensures exact needle penetration through thick substrates like 3D puff foam and canvas without deflection.

Institch OS5 Software & Network Workflow

Digital workflow controls production efficiency. The proprietary Institch i5 operating system runs through a 10-inch high-definition touch console. Operators can edit designs, trace needle paths, and monitor stitch counts directly from the factory floor without an external computer.

You can transmit digitized DST and DSB embroidery files directly over Wi-Fi through the Institch Cloud network. We recommend verifying all digital artwork against standard embroidery digitising parameters prior to transmission. The internal architecture instantly caches millions of stitches, enabling rapid recall for repeat corporate clients.

Core System Inclusions & Features:

• Built-in Wi-Fi and USB ports for direct file loading.

• Assorted magnetic hoop sizes and large jacket back frames.

• Complete 270-degree cap driver system engineered for 3D puff embroidery.

• Automated thread break detection sensors and automatic trimmers.
