The TS100-1600, from Mimaki, is a professional-level dye-sublimation printer that offers outstanding print quality, great speed and included takeup roll.
With two newly developed heads, the TS100-1600 achieves high quality, high productivity, and stable operation as a Sublimation transfer inkjet printer. You'll see about twice the high-speed printing of previous models.
In addition to NCU (Nozzle Check Unit), NRS (Nozzle Recovery System) and MAPS4 (Mimaki Advanced Pass System4), which enable stable high quality printing, the DAS (Dot Adjustment System) was incorporated into the new “100 series” printers. Dot position and feed correction, which used to take a lot of time and effort to do manually, can now be done automatically, reducing the workload on the operator.
Various print modes are available to meet your work needs, from the fastest mode (70 m²/h) to practical quality mode (46 m²/h) and high quality mode (19 m²/h). Also, in the fastest mode, productivity is about twice as high as that of Mimaki's previous model (JV150-160).
The Mimaki TS100-1600 Ink System uses Sb610 Sublimation ink in easy-to-use bottles - each containing one litre of ink. Inks come in four vibrant colours - Blue, Magenta, Yellow and Black. The high-density ink provides vivid colours and high colour reproducibility which is suitable for fashion clothing, sports wear and soft signs etc.
It can be used for a wide range of products, from original items such as team wear, bags, and stage
costumes to large-volume production. Since the Sb610 is excellent in its stability during continuous discharging and also when left unattended, it can output without stress, which greatly contributes to productivity at site.

The TS100-1600 features a Dot Adjustment System that automatically fine-tunes ink droplet landing accuracy and optimises the media feed, eliminating the need for manual intervention.
Plus Mimaki’s Nozzle Check Unit and Nozzle Recovery System checks, cleans, and substitutes missing nozzles to ensure uninterrupted continuous stable production.
