The TxF150-75 is Mimaki’s first DTF (Direct-to-Film) printer, packed with Mimaki technology to overcome the common ink ejection and ink sedimentation issues of current DTF printers in the market. 3-Way Intelligent Heater: Pre- and print heaters control the spread of ink on the media for blur free image quality and post heater accelerates drying of ink.

"TxF150-75" is a Mimaki's first DTF (direct-to-film) printer with a maximum printing width of 80 cm for producing DTF print transfer sheets. "PHT50" heat transfer pigment ink for DTF, consisting of five colors (CMYK and white), has acquired the ECO PASSPORT certification which is essential for obtaining the international safety standard for textile products “OEKO-TEX®”.
The DTF printers have been plagued by ink ejection defects and white ink clogging. To overcome these issues, Mimaki has adopted a degassing ink design that uses aluminum packs as the printer's ink packaging form, as well as a white ink circulation function MCT (Mimaki Circulation Technology)*1. The new printer also features Mimaki's NCU (Nozzle Check Unit)*2and NRS (Nozzle Recovery System)*3technologies that support stable operation. They ensure continuous printing without stopping the operation to support customers' productions.

What is DTF?
A printing method which prints directly on DTF film, sprinkles hot-melt powder, which is then heated and dried to form transferable ink layer. The ink layer is heat-pressed and transferred to a fabric such as T-shirt.
*Mimaki offerings for DTF printing will be printers, inks and RIP software. Our recommended specifications for the film used to create the transfer sheet, hot-melt powder, powder application equipment, post-processing machines and heat press transfer machines are provided to customers at the time of sale.

In the event of nozzle problems, printing can be resumed without waiting for service personnel for the repair, allowing production to continue. What is DTF?
DTF or “Direct To Film”, is a printing method in which a printer directly outputs onto a special film called DTF film, applies a powder called hot-melt powder, and then applies heat to dry it. The resulting transfer sheet can then be heat-pressed on fabrics.

Compatible Toner Cartridges With all compatible toner cartridges you will receive Lifetime Warranty that the toner cartridge will remain defective free from material defects and in workmanship. Should you have a defective toner cartridge then you can request an exchange with our RMA request system. For returns via our RMA system you will have to provide certain details such as your order number, picture of product and picture of product with serial number. Once you have submitted your exchange request, one of our team members will respond to you within 3 to 5 business days.
Compatible Ink Cartridges There is no lifetime warranty on compatible ink cartridges.Should you have a problem with your product, please contact us within the first 4 weeks of purchase for a replacement.
Original Products All original supplies and products are subject to the manufacturer's warranty and will be handled through the specific manufacturer's system.
