Original MaiKora DTF Strong Flush, Soaking & Maintenance Solution - 1000 mL - For Epson Printheads

Made in Taiwan

MaiKora DTF Strong Flush, Soaking & Maintenance Solution is specially formulated for Epson-based DTF printheads and is intended for deep cleaning, flushing, soaking, and ongoing printhead maintenance.

DTF pigment inks, especially white ink, can dry around the nozzle plate and ink channels over time. A compatible flushing and soaking solution can help soften and remove dried ink deposits, restore ink flow, and assist with clogged or partially blocked nozzles. Epson-based DTF systems commonly use printheads such as i3200, i1600, XP600, F1080, TX800, and 4720-type heads.

Recommended Uses

• Flushing DTF ink from printheads and ink channels
• Soaking the nozzle plate to help loosen stubborn dried ink
• Helping open clogged or partially blocked nozzles
• Cleaning around the printhead, capping station, and maintenance area
• Preventive maintenance when changing inks or servicing the printer
• Helping maintain smoother and more consistent ink flow
• Maintenance liquid for automatic head soaking

Strong flushing solutions are generally intended for situations where normal cleaning cycles are not enough. Printhead soaking can help with stubborn clogs, but care should be taken not to submerge electrical components or force cleaning solution through the head under excessive pressure.
